Gospel Choir

Music Ministry

The Voices of Dixon express their faith through song, we meet Wednesday evenings  (Day and time is set by the Director of Music and choir members) from 6:30pm – 8:30pm and arrive at 8:45am on Sunday mornings for a 30-minute warm up rehearsal before worship service.

 United Methodist Men

The UMM Ministry is composed of Christian men who seek to know Jesus Christ, desire to grow spiritually, and endeavor to seek God’s will daily. As the UMM we engage in evangelism sharing the fullness of the Gospel. We are committed to discipleship. The UMM meets on the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM.

 United Women in Faith

The UMW is  a community of women whose purpose  is to know God, to experience freedom as a whole persons and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the Church. In addition to this on a local level, the UMW sponsors a lunch every December for those who are confined to their homes. And we invite all to an annual “Prayer Breakfast”. The UMW meets on the fourth Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM.

 Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry helps children grow in their faith. We utilize ways that are appropriate for their age level. Children are assimilated into the life of the Church through special programs, participation in worship, and acts of service which teach how God is present in all aspects of their lives.

Food Packing
  Food Pantry

Food is distributed on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month from 8:00am till 10:00am (practicing safe protocols by placing food in the trunk of each recipients car as they drive thru).  Volunteers are always welcome.

 Nurture Outreach Witness

"NOW" Ministry is the strategic plan for the church to help organize and analyze ministries, provide a plan for discipleship. We identify ways in which you nurture children ,youth and adults in the Christian faith,  seek out opportunities for the church to respond to the needs of the community,  provide for the Good News of Jesus Christ to be proclaimed throughout the community with opportunities in Lay Servant ministry and communication of upcoming training and events through church bulletins , announcements, social media and host weekly Adult Bible study and prayer line.

 60+ Bible Study

Theme: Self-sacrificing the Bodies of Christ.  Objective: To strengthen the spiritual bodies of men and women through fellowship, devotion, discussion groups, and Bible study. The vision was to start a ministry to reach the senior citizens in the community. and members do not have to have to be 60 years or older to take part. The group has a large membership and meets every Wednesday morning at 10:00 AM. (Check before going to see if there are any last minute changes.)

                    Kingdom Bible Study

Our Group meets every Tuesday night at 7 pm for Fellowship, Food, Prayer and Bible Study. Our studies vary from Christian Books to Books of the Bible.
